Deniz would an answer such as, "I tend to hyperfocus on a task at hand. This causes me at times to forget small details at times. To combat this, I leave myself a template of notes in my planner that I follow daily to ensure that all steps are completed in fluid order.? I have an interview as a project manager with my current company this Tuesday, and I hope this answer is sufficient. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
