I think Anthony, Chad, and Flea need John as much as John needs them. Without each other, they're all talented people, but the four of them together, they create magic. I hear a lot of people basically commend John for the whole Chili Pepper's sound, but it's not just him. It's all of them together. They were meant to create music together.

What always impresses me with John, Anthony, Flea & Chad is their profound respect for each other. I spent 10 years touring with a band and no matter how well you get along, tensions due to the creative process is absolutely unavoidable. So too, I would almost certainly suspect RHCP's would have had their fair share of tensions however, they continue to: show respect and trust towards each other, stay quiet and listen to each other, and personify a great example of successful interpersonal relationships (or we can just call it brotherly love)! Thanks for the inspiration lads!
