That very thing happened to us when we first got pigs. The female escaped and took us on a three hour run through our neighbor’s 50 acres. When we finally caught her, I told her we would enjoy her bacon all the more! It is a fun story now but then it was stressful because she did not stay on our land and I was afraid she would get out on the road and get hit. So fun to watch your adventures.

I would recommend a bucket with some sort of pellet or grain in it to shake while moving the pigs. They will stop running and head straight to the noise of the grain.

Lovely farm animals, the kuni kuni's are so cute!!! I have tape like that for my pony and you can buy a reel that has a handle to wind and unwind the tape with, which makes it easier and quicker, less likely to get tangled! I have spent so many hours of my childhood unwinding tangled tape from my ponies!
