what's the thing on the right hand side of the tiller handle, that three lobbed handle? is it a tensioner?

What's the vibration like? Can you unlock the leg, so that if you hit a floating,og whilst Barra fishing, the leg will jump over it and not be damaged?

It power trim and tilt if you hit a log or rock bar it’s going to bang and crash and be horrible and if you hit it at high speed you’ll break something Just like every other outboard with power trim and tilt ever made There no vibration when there new but when you hit a log and damage something there’ll be vibrations By the way I’m not lending you a boat lol

Wuzzzup 😎 what year is your motor?? Just put a tiller handle on my 2003 f50tlrb and the steering friction plate doesn't fit... The opening is too small between the handle and motor base... How else can I tighten up the steering!!?? Cheers 🍻🍻

2003 is a very early 4 stoke and yamaha had 2 models one a tiller and one a forward control your model wasn’t a tiller so the tiller handle won’t fit properly the only way to tighten the motor up is to buy a new one
