- Leek 🎋1 pc.

- Natural yogurt 100g
- Rice flour 70g
- Baking powder 2g
- Mozzarella cheese 🧀100g
- Cherry tomatoes 🍅5-7pcs.
- Thyme
- Parsley 🌿
Method:
1. Divide broccoli into florets, blanch in hot water and season with salt.
2. Cut mushrooms, leeks and spinach and fry in oil.
3. Puree broccoli, stir in eggs, yogurt, rice flour and baking powder.
4. Heat the pan, pour in the batter and bake over low heat.
5. Spread with ketchup, top and sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake until the cheese melts and garnish with parsley.
