It might be from too much acid in the body. I've noticed when I consume too much food that's acidic, I get them on my fingers

Pozdravljena.

Thank you for this. I would add the criteria for diagnosis of atopic dermatitis- the major criteria being pruritis, flexural lichenification (in adults) and chronic or chronically relapsing dermatitis. Minor criteria include nipple eczema, ichthyosis and food intolerances.

I have had eczema for six months, recently completely cured. At first, tried everything, some creams, epsom salt, cold water bath, no sugar diet and etc, they all worked but not complete cure. About a month ago, I went to hiking for 6 miles, really exhausted, and found out my skin not itchy for few days. A week later I took another 6 miles hike over a mountain and extremely exhausted, It worked wonder that my skin not itchy anymore and eczema was gone a week later. It seems I need to burn out all my energy inside my body, reset, that is the cure. Now I hike at least 6miles every week, eczema not coming back!

I eat pretty healthy(no fried food, less sugar and no corn syrup) but am still suffering from eczema. Maybe sweating and working out is the key?

@@nikhilpunde5934 I spend all day in front of a computer, which can be very stressful, and I don’t exercise much. I also like to eat a lot of protein. I think that lifestyle caused my AD. Hiking worked for me, so I tried to hike or take long walks and get physically tired at least once a week. Hiking with my wife on weekends, without any music, helped me relax mentally. It was just the opposite of my workdays. Believe having a balanced lifestyle can cure AD. It worked for me.

Genetic? Seems to be what they call it when they just don’t know what the hell they’re talking about. Seriously, why is an anti-anxiety medication being prescribed for atopic dermatitis?
@nikhilpunde5934

For real for no reason prescribing steroids and steroid meds, Instead adapt to regular or twice cleaning and moisturising whole body and having green diet + having some natural supplements with daily body workout and plenty of sleep
