Perfect timing! I'm an avid lifter and I suffer from shoulder arthritis in my right, but have developed golfer's elbow in my left arm because I'm overcompensating. I'm a lifter and a former muay thai fighter. Thank you for the video!❤

You're most welcome. I'm glad the video was able to shed light on your golfers elbow cause. Have you tried any of the stretches yet? Please keep me posted on your progress. Best wishes, Ashley.

Hi! Lots of knowledge from all Your elbow videos. Im really depressed with mine. I have golfers elbow in both hands since 2018/19 and sometimes also a flare ups of tennis elbow - so completely fked up. Do You think that i’m still able to recover from that? I have been trying everything and it’s still there, also ultrasound has shown some calcifications in those tendons. What i do /been doing: - calisthenics and weight training (shit ton of pull ups and hanstand) - back till 2019, now my training is a plank or squat because im such an… ehh - 8 Hours at computer every day - Been going to physios, doing also rehab myself but im stuck. Often this pain is not only in the epicondyle but feels like my whole inner forearm is tired. Even tho i dont lift anything heavy (unless i have to, everyday home tasks etc…). - I tried the 3stage rehab aswell, but implementing any exercise ends up making things worse even with 1kg - especially next days. Also example - i was polishing the car by hand last weekend. Omg.. no comment what happened later on. - added more mobility to every day but it’s decent anyway. I could do a straight handstand if hands were healthy. - i stretch the forearms on both sides lightly everyday, couple times for like 20sec without pain It’s also weird that last year, 2022, i havent done anything towards it and it was feeling way better than since i started massaging stretching etc. Running out of ways to live normally, and be able to do everyday tasks without limitation. Especially „male” tasks… Would You have any suggestions for me? Maybe buying a massage gun would be a good idea? Dreaming about coming back to sports and normal life but shit seems impossible. Thanks for all recommendations

I remember the guitarist from Norwegian band IMMORTAL had to completely give up playing because of this very issue. I have got it in my left arm (even though I am right-handed) and I think it is being caused by the gear changing when bike riding. The left side has much more resistance on the cable because of its larger change than the right side

I have a question about this. I watched your previous videos about this, and I did those exercises, and they weren't to bad. I find that I have the most amount of pain when I try and push down on my pinky finger with my thumb. Would the exercises be any different? And what about an elbow brace or something of the sorts? Thanks, I appreciate it.

Does pushups cause golfer's elbow? I'm trying to identify exactly which muscle hurts when I do pushups. It's definitely not a tricep as it's on the bending side of my elbow.

basically everything causes it. no solutions given. this video was incredibly unhelpful and pointless.
