WOW! This is the first time I've ever heard a doctor talk about low blood pressure being a problem. It has always been a problem for me. Doctors have always told me that my 95/65 (sometimes less) blood pressure is good. I always say "not for me!". I'm so happy you made this video. Now I'm going to see if there is one on adrenal problems. Thank you!

I have struggled with chronic LBP...which I'm told is a blessing. I started drinking an electrolyte drink which is 32 oz water, 2 servings of electrolyte powder, 2 drops lemon essential oil, 1 drop tumeric essential oil, a good pinch of Baja salt, and a teaspoon of collegan. I drink 3 of these a day. I also started on raw adrenal caps taken twice a day. I do not have issues anymore.

My mother and I have low bp. My mother keeps going to ER for feeling faint and they wanted to put in a pace maker! She drinks 10-12 big glasses of water and iced tea a day. Finally one doctor said her sodium is really low. Hmmm I wonder why?! 😅 He put her on sodium chloride pills. Why didn’t he just tell her to drink less fluid and take more iodized salt. I can’t believe they wanted to put a pacemaker in her. My father one day was in ER with my mother and sister-in-law, both RN nurses. Mom called me that dad had almost fainted and they didn’t know what was wrong , neither did the doctors. She asked me to pray become she was afraid it was his heart. I said, “Let me talk to Dad.” “Hi Dad, tell me what you did today.” “I went to the gym.” “Did you sit in the hot tub too?” “Yes.” “Ok what did you do before that?” “Well I had a beer with lunch” “Ok, any water all day?” “No just coffee.” “Ok what did you do after working out and sitting in the hot tub?” “I stopped at The Local and had a glass of red wine.” “Ok Dad let me talk to Mom.” “Mom, Dad is dehydrated. Tell the doctor all he did today, and get him some water and an IV.” She called me later and said “You were right!” I cannot believe the doctor did not ask simple questions and 2 RN’s couldn’t think. I think the medical field is doing a poor job of teaching critical thinking skills.

I had this same experience though something completely different. A friend of mine in the US (I'm in Canada), went to the ER with sharp pain in her lower abdomen. Earlier that day she was complaining to me about these pains. Anyways, she ended up in the ER, and was going in and out of consciousness, doctors didn't know what was up. Because I had an issue with my appendix not long before this, I knew exactly what the pain was she was feeling, the location. When she got to the ER, somehow the doctors couldn't figure out why she was experiencing pain in the location it was in. For me I thought it was common knowledge that doctors would at least suspect appendix given it's precise location. Anyways, when she came to she texted me and said she was at the ER and the docs couldn't figure it out. I told her that her pain was in the exact spot as the appendix, and the type of pain you felt is identical to mine before I got my appendix removed. Doctors then did the scans, saw it was the appendix, and voila. How the docs could not figure out to look at the appendix is beyond me. Baffling really.

My father past out twice in a 2 week span recently, with the second one putting him in the hospital. His doctors were treating him for highblood pressure with big pharma pill 💊 for the last many years. It turned out that he was suffering from low blood pressure because he drank too much water that deplete his sodium chloride. He often has arm itches and jabbing back pain that they say are highblood pressure or highblood sugar symptoms. 🤔 🙄

Hypotension is underrated. It is a condition that doesn’t receive much insights as majority spoke on hypertension. My blood pressure reading on the avg is 90/60. I never knew I have a mild medical condition, thalassemia, till I did a blood test. Sometimes I wonder if that medical condition is the cause of my Low blood. I fainted a couple of times. It was simply random, mainly while standing in train. Thank you for video post on hypotension. ❤️

Dr Eric Berg. I have very low blood pressure, sometimes as low as 80/45. I'm my early twenties I had hyperthyroidism, was medicated and they say I don't have it any more, even though sometimes I feel I do. I've had psoriasis off and on since I was in my teens but now it's in my palms and behind my neck all the time, I'm 52yrs old now. I have slipped disks and burning feet, neuropathy. My gall bladder has been taking out 2yrs ago. I was on pain meds terribly addicted 3 years ago. I I've since changed my diet, cut out most sugar, I'm a vegetarian, I'm mostly GF, now that I've been watching your videos I'm cutting all sugar and no gluten. Today I ate so much salad greens with, avocado half, lemon blended whole pinch of cayenne, salt because I love it so much, some Italian herbs, brags and olive oil. As dressing. I've taken a teaspoon of nutritional yeast, the vinegar, lemon and ginger drink, I also have been low in vit.d3 before so with sun everyday I took 8,000 BTU of D.3. I'm hoping this will help me get well and of a disability check so I can work. This is also day one of only 2 meals, and only water or lemon water between meals

Another reason is menopause. The immense stress that caused me dropped my bp way low to 80 over 60 at times. I felt like death. All my doc told me is eat more salt when I had already been drinking electrolytes twice a day. I had to do this for years until my bp normalized post meno. I have a few suggestions on what I have learned...I have low blood pressure that I think is likely due to adrenal issues, but I have noticed that adding sea salt to my water twice a day has helped a lot, including eating potassium high foods like dried apricots. I also take the 12 cell salts in homeopathy which helps a lot too. Iodine is another supplement to consider, and perhaps L-tyrosine for the thyroid which also plays a role in blood pressure. But another thing is juicing celery, celery juice contains so many minerals, when I drink 16 ounces of celery juice, my low blood pressure always goes up to normal.

My blood pressure is normally around 90/68 but I have none of these negative symptoms, mine is athletic. I have however had blackout spells from standing up too fast mostly as a kid and had it when I jumped straight into fasting cold turkey without fat adaptation. Without adaptation, I was starting to black out every time I moved a little with my vision phosphene blotched. It was almost non stop, wasn't exclusively when I stood up.

How do you find out if the heart is weak? Is it by bpms? Because I heard low blood pressure can be caused because of a weakened heart…. And I’ve noticed first her low blood pressure started then months later “now” her heart started becoming low in the range of 70s 60s 50s 40s She was always active on her feet usually around 80s-90s and early 100s especially during activity which we both knew was healthy.

Hi Dr Berg. I’ve always had (have), a low BP, usually 90/60, but sometimes is 85/53... I like salt, so mostly I prefer salty food. I’m 1,73 cm tall, and 59 kg weight. I’m not dizzy when stand up from sitting. I do IF, and some days fasting. A month ago I did 3 day water fast without feeling hunger or loosing focus or strength, Just before finishing 72 hour fast, my sugar level was 2.6, and my ketones were high. That night and night after I stopped 3 day WF, I woke up about 1: 45 at night, and could not fall a sleep again for a while. Do you think I may have Adrenalin fatigue or any Adrenalin problem? I’m last 3 years on Methotrexate and Celebrex for Psoriatic arthritis. I did test that you mentioned, and it was around midnight when I measured my BP was 98 /64 when sitting, and when I stood up it was 85/53. Regards, Marina.

the psoriasis arthritis says more about your health at this point, but lower than usual BP always put some stress on everything, namely heart kidney respiratory connection . if it were me, I would get kidney ultra sound and up my vitamin b complex with emphasis on B1 maybe and do tocotrienols.. reduce the starch and up the greens and fish in the meantime. st dome point tho those meds will affect the very organs you are trying to heal.

173cm tall and 59kg? Girl you’re underweight!! your BP is low because you don’t eat enough, also IF will lower your BP even further. I know dr Berg talks about IF all the time but it’s not recommended for everyone, especially women and their hormonal imbalances. I’m 173cm tall too and I’m 65kg and I’m already skinny like this, it i went down to 59 i would look skinny and bones

I have for at least 20 years had “ low blood pressure “ 106/68 even while pregnant even with twins and dealing with screaming kids. Even when over weight. I am keto and now do some pretty heavy exercise. Still “low blood pressure.” Only time I ever get over 120 is while in heavy labor. Dr.s have never had a problem with it. New life insurance company may. We will see. I know it was noted on my health exam. Nothing else. Perfect weight and bmi. Is there a problem with a history of low blood pressure?? I have no symptoms. I don’t get dizzy. I have plenty well loads of energy. Can it be my “normal?”

Dr Berg, it is about hydrogen peroxide video. There is tons of material about that. There is academic, founder of space medicine (he had his medical laboratory in space station-ussr space station) and many many other title, was person od the year, PhD and so on. He was like you, giving his knowledge for free, but he was disliked and shuned by big pharma. He has tons od hydrogen peroxide recepies, from simple cold to feet funges to water cleansing. Im absolutley sure that he will be a gold mine for your future content, but I would like you to use your popularity and knowledge to further spread info on health. His name is Ivan Neumyvakin, lived 90 years, died is 2018. He has over 100 inventions, and over 100 books, find him on wiki for basic info. Btw my aunt who is PhD in medicine, and teaches on Faculty of medicine introduced me to you. Much love from Serbia

I've been sick for 6 yrs now and every time I complained of chest pain , no one took me seriously. Always blaming acid reflux disease or telling me I'm to young for heart disease! Recently one doctor in the Emergency department finally listened and admitted me . They ran 3 hours of nuclear test on me and boom.... 6 days ago I was diagnosed with grade 2 diastolic dysfunction! Now my pressure is either very high or very low!!! I'm so miserable!!! Years and years of complaining and not one cared. Now I'll be paying for their lack of care with my life!!!!

I was peeling and eating fruit in my kitchen yesterday. I got *really* tired of chewing the seeds, broke out in a cold sweat, felt horribly dizzy, my vision and hearing started blacking out (ears were ringing), stumbled, and nearly fainted dead on the floor. That *never* happened to me before. I rested in a chair, went to my room to check my blood pressure, and got a reading of 94/(somewhere in the eighties). After feeling more stable, I ate a teaspoon of salt, drank several glasses of water, then felt better. 94 definitely wasn’t a good number for me, as I’m normally in 120’s-130’s. I feel ok now since yesterday, but wonder if I should’ve gone to the doctor anyway. The only reasons I can think of for the fainting episode was mental and physical stress, possibly my supplements, anemia, or the fact I was lying in bed all day, but it wasn’t like I immediately felt dizzy when I got up. I was standing for at least 10 minutes before it suddenly happened. I doubt it was dehydration, as it wasn’t hot and I drank as many fluids as I normally do. Low salt was definitely not the problem.
