I tried to use warm salt water technique to heal mouth ulcer too but i think it got more painful (hopefully it would heal faster or at the very least not make it worse🥲)

My canker sore are already healed (they are 3 and it hurts really bad) and I have simple tips for your canker sore simply put 1 cup of salt in warm water. Use it to clean your mouth then spit it don't drink it. Do it for about 5 minutes. I assure you it's effective👍🏻😌

That didn't narrow it down... Have had this issue since I was a young kid, far back as I can recall. Sometimes it's one, or up to 3, it happens a lot.. one doctor I talked with thought it was a kind of result from some prior viruses like chicken pox, or mono, or something.. of course nothing could be confirmed on my end or what he was saying.. but he said some anti virus medicine he's noticed has helped.. But this video .. didn't narrow it down for me .

Same the problem with me is that if I get one I end up with 4 in the mouth. It’s like my whole mouth gets infected. I get these so often it’s annoying.

I hit it with salt. Hurts really bad for a few seconds then kinda dies down then I don’t really feel it the next day. If I’m unlucky and it’s still painful the next day then round two with the salt.
