it'll match my other ChiaGoo sets, from my interchangeable twist and spin sets including my fixed knitting needles to my dnps, I do wish ChiaGoo made a case for my Tulip Etmo hooks, I have 14 sizes lol

Great video! I recently purchased this set, and when I inspected the kit I noticed that the "keys" are actually blocking pins! I watched your video and was then reassured that the pins are indeed the "keys". I think this is great because, should I ever lose the "keys" I can just use one of my many, many blocking pins.

Absolutely and if you buy any additional cables they always come with an extra key. I find the sewing pins fit as well. ;)

oooh now I want this set even more but not for tunisian, someone recently mentioned they use a tunisian hook to pick up stiches for button bands while knitting, this would be perfect, just change the hook for a needle once picked up.

In traditional (ancient) European knitting, the pick up needle was actually a hook. Haven't you seen those needles with a hook on their end? They were like that for that reason. Much easier and faster to knit that way.

@@escaramujo I have plenty of crochet hooks and yes I've used it, but these ChiaGoo tunisian hooks with a long cable are better, this way I just pick the stitches up and once I've got how many I need I just remove the hook part and put my ChiaGoo Twist needle tips onto the cable and I'm ready to knit.

They absolutely do! It's the small red cables. With adaptors to fit into the larger hooks.

Your the first that answered a question i have been wondering. Which was could i use two hooks (one on each end)! Thankyou for that, 🤗. Now i want to know is exactly how long a hook is, the actual hook from tip to end. I ask because the long hooks wear/tire my wrist down.

Once attached appropriately to the hook. The hook and cord spin independently relieving any tension that may build up during crocheting.
