This was terrific. A beautiful, stilling, deep depiction of the grief process. I laughed and cried, sometimes simultaneously.

The sadness will fade, but will never go away.

Aw man, at the end he should've started playing piano ALONG WITH the tuba player, man. That's what being a grieving artist is all about. Having said that, A+++ really beautiful story.

Amazing; the brilliance of being able to see a different, somewhat dark yet humorous, perspective to the music’s emblematic and intense ambient vicissitudes from the beginning to the end of the grieving tribulation for the surviving spouse is a true metaphor of the mental states that oppresses one’s sanity in such a life changing event - the last act of the script in that of acceptance of the situation demonstrates the experience’s form in a melody of loss that will perpetuate and is such a subtly wonderful touch to the story. This short is a truly a small reflection with a very meaningful tribute to spouses that have overcome, with time and patience, such an ordeal. Very much enjoyed - thank you.

@@Annalyse74 Well i have about 230 students & the University keeps putting in $24,000 a month in my account & everybody keeps calling me Professor. So it must all be a dream. Never doubt someone without possibly knowing what you are saying is %100 correct. From experience in my younger times 9/10 you look like a idiot when you are proven wrong. I understand that you are jealous but Hey, that's Ok. We all make mistakes.

Loved the way the music and the instruments fade away and fall apart when he starts to heal in his heart.

★★★★★★☆ Absofreakinglutely brilliant. The concept, the story, the writing, the acting, the timing, the musicians, everything. A real gem here on Omeleto (except, it is definitely on the wrong daughter channel as it sure is not a comedy). The only reason I do not grant it the full number of stars is that, once again, it is not subtitled. Do not deprive those already hearing-deprived of this piece of storytelling art.

I don’t think it is meant to be funny as such. Should not be on the Omeleto _Comedy_ channel.

A true gem of a film. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard at a sad movie! But does anybody know the name of the piece the band was playing for the first half of the film? It's very familiar, but the name escapes me.

No closed captions. Thumbs down due to the obvious thoughtless on part of the filmmakers.

Not remotely funny. Tragic, yes, slightly romantic. Sad, insane, mournful. Surreal. But not close to being a comedy.

This makes me pissed. It's suppose to make you laugh, right? Well it made me cry. There are people who hear and see things and IT'S NOT FUNNY AT ALL. It's sad and hurtful and very rude to make this a "comedy" when it's something that real people have to deal with in real life. And believe me I know these things.
