Thanks again Brian for bringing awareness to the beginning of the supply chain! I'm a coffee farmer in Hawaii. I'm lucky enough to also have a cupping lab and education center on the farm. Most farmers (even here in a developed place like Hawaii) have no idea what the quality of their crop is or even where to begin to understand that quality for themselves. I hope content like this can not only bring awareness to end consumers, but also to the farmers who never get to interact or get any feedback from the end of the supply chain.

Felt like this was a great talk, and we should always appreciate every great cup we drink, the process is very intense from growing to the first sip of pour over, espresso, cortado, latte etc!!

How can we visit farms, do you contact them directly or use a third party? Would be a dream!
