I have been locked for 8 months and I have a lot of fizz. My locs are budding on multiple locs, and have a couple that are bunching. I am trying to like My loc's, but it is hard because of the budding. Will the budding go away with time? My hair is fine, and the shrinkage is real. I am trying to like my locs but it is hard. I don't want to but I have been thinking cut them off and go back to my natural curly hair.

How do you keep your hair from unraveling in the beginning phase? I have two strand twist.

1. Keep your scalp and locs hydrated 2. Pay attention to pillow material, satin, cover your hair 3. Keeping debri/pollution out of your locs 4. Managing retwist discomfort 5. Keeping your body hydrated

You have a beautiful Mama. I love her hair. It is just the same as mine. As time goes on, her fine soft hair will be more defined and thicker, and her hair is beautiful. I agree with your Mom. As we're going through the journey. You just embrace and watch your hair, do its thing. And you don't have to do all the other things to your hair. Just letting it grow naturally. 😊

Just started my loc journey yesterday with micro loc extensions with qvr hair , and I really want to know how to help loc my hair faster I have mixed hair texture i find water on my natural hair loosens up my hair so I'm worried adding water to my hsir would loosen up the twists n cause them to unravel
