What constitutes a formal assessment under the Mental Health Act?

My friend .... i cant explain here ... but i owe you an appoligy for my last comment 😞. . Because i've been brutalized by the NHS and local GPs .........who even harmed my late Mum !!! . But after being "tipped over" ..... and slammed into a mental hospital.......... THE STAFF AND DOCTORS AND CONSULTANT ARE THE BEST PEOPLE IVE MET IN AROUND 20 YEARS . I know very little about the Mental Health Act ..... but i know it should not be used as a weapon ??? . The Tory Goverment back in 1983 revised it ...(yes to the press claiming it would put lives of innocent people in danger).........But why it had to be tampered with under blair's government is beyond me ........ but thanks for reading 🙂
