Very informative video - thank you! May I ask in terms of tribunals, for Social Circumstances Reports can an unqualified social worker complete this? For example some Local Authorities have Community Care Workers/Officers working in mental health social care.

It should really be a qualified professional, but I think that an assistant practitioner writing under the supervision of a qualified SW and endorsed by them, would probably be acceptable.
