What destruction could've been in Battlefield 2042

Isn't it a bit misleading to include those massive explosions in the Battlefield 2042 Official Reveal Trailer and not have them be in the game? Well lets have a look at Medal of Honor Warfighter a game that delivered as advertised and more to see what the destruction on Battlefield 2042's Manifest map could've looked like.

Hard to compare a campaign with a multiplayer map, but I agree that they could have added some great small levolutions to the map with the crates.

Just see Battlefield 4 in Shangai map, you can change the whole map by destroying the tower so, they could have done better in this one in my opinion

Hardline was largely regarded as one of the more unimpressive BF titles And even this had a shipyard with containers that could be toppled, destroyed, some even had physics - manifest on 2042 is literally 99% containers that are totally static Not even laid out in an interesting way

@@Gero04 BF4 is 9 years old, we expected so much more from 2042 Even BF1, Hardline, and BFV had better and more varied destruction than 2042

@@gamingeuphoria7928 I kinda agree but, just like I said, it's a concept and it runs only in a ps2 or a first gen xbox game. Dats why the destruction was limited by it's time. And it's not an excuse dat 2042 has better destruction. Try playing hourglass, there's no destruction in a tall buildings just like what bf4 has done.

I've always had a dream of game development and if I get a lead role of making a game and decide lots of mechanics (probably not how it works btw), I've always had an inspiration from Battlefield (every Battlefield aside from 2042 lol) and wanted to make a multiplayer game with huge destructible events semi-similar to this. Like having a huge tower in the middle of the map be able to collapse and block routes and create new ones. Thanks for reading my rant lol

the reason bf2042 failed is also becuae they made a new team to lead and develop the game..which onviously is not experienced at all..amateur game designers the reason bf 2042 failed in this department is due to the dice team that makes the kool shit left the company and started making their own studio they have made 2 games so far ,,both not finished but gameplay can be seen in gameplay trailers u can clearly see this is the real dice team at work one is a fps game ..fully destructible maps and all buildings collapse during gameplay kinda a comepetitve fps shooter second game is a 3rd person open world survival game mechanics and do missions both look awsum both free to p[lay coming to steam
