What did I get myself into?? 1966 Chevy Impala project or parts car???

What did I drag home now???Is this the next project or is this a parts car?? This 1966 Chevy Impala 4dr sedan showed up on my local marketplace for a whopping $500! Complete with keys and valid registration paperwork... minus a few important parts. So what now, do I part this thing out or do I make it a running and driving ratty ride? I mean the brakes already work so that's a plus. Should I weld in some sheet metal for front floor pans, drop in a running engine and transmission I already have in the garage and drive the wheels off this thing? You tell me.
