Do I trust Chad's fabrication? I watch several automotive fabricators and I can say, Chad has the broadest range of knowledge over any of them. No one else does the complex wiring and no one else does upholstery. Plus, his attention to detail is impressive.

A slightly warmed over 8.1 Vortec with an Allison transmission would serve the Griz right as a off road wrecker. There is practical vs radical, the trade off is reliability. The plus side is you guys are already familiar with the 8.1 in an off road wrecker.

Self rescue tip: when you have that one wheel spinning like Griz, modulate the brake about half way giving resistance to make both spin. It's counter intuitive but works most of the time if your not dug in to bad.

Who doesn’t love Korbin? He really seems to have the automotive “Bug”, as it were. Not all of your boys are so enthusiastic, and it’s fun to watch how different they all are. To me it’s just an example of how God made us unique individuals. Keep the videos coming!

You're using the red handle pliers upside down on the shifter. If you turn it over it gets tighter as you apply torque

When I grew up there is six boys in the family. My dad was a mechanic Shadetree mechanic he worked at Maytag farm. He worked on the foundry support nine people in the family. He start a construction business but he also we buy cars for $10 and we would fix a red run them till they were junk and we scrap them by another car for $10 and put the rest and her insurance be proud of your boys boys that’s the way I grew up and it didn’t hurt me one bit. I posted this before I saw the brief picture at the end, So not a 6 cylinder. A V8 Diesel then. I reckon you are going to install a diesel motor in Griz. Probably a 6 cylinder Cummins, though I wouldn't be surprised if it were a Chevy diesel V8 either, though if push comes to shove, I recon the Cummins diesel would be my first guess.

Motor transmission was put on that Friday before the cab was put on it they make the frame to put the variance on to put the under frames on and they put the engine in then they lowered a cab down on top of the engine and transmission that quieted the crossmember is welded in there when you cut it out if you took the antique away from it

get some riding glasses, they have a thin strip of foam around where the glasses touch your face. that will set them a bit further away from your eye lashes while still sealing against your face
