Quite a difference if you let yourself go from your arms, or if yo are falling though with momentum coming down from a few meters up higher (without a plan as you just bumped some limbs and maybe a skull into a concrete wall).

That was me 😂 yea it's a crazy height to vault from, but doable if you have strong legs though. If you missed that jump and fell backwards though, you could very easily break your neck or your spine. As people have said, massive difference between a deliberate vault and a bounce back (and also just shows how mad Dom is for being willing to vault it)

11:00 - It's moments like this that make me realize that what I used to do as a teenager is A LOT different than what is called parkour now.... I don't understand the line but I respect it and enjoy watching but my style was big, Big jumps and weird wall walking w/ some flips. The biggest difference is that I never rolled out of any big jumps, I'd just land on my feet then keep running.... I even ran through the woods and would run down hill then run up a tree and do a flip out then keep running down the hill, it was pretty much bmx but on foot. LoL
