Picked up 2 big pieces for the O-line. I think they will be MUCH better. Also, dont forget that our 1st Overall Draft Pick is a specialist at dominant Run Blocking! He is a mauler! So, considering that the Bears were already the best Rushing Team in the entire NFL, they could really do some damage this season with that new and improved O-line! Not to say that Fields wont improve in the Passing game! He absolutely will!!!

@@imawesome5841 A-Rob was also coming off a major injury and the Bears are just hoping they're getting A-Rob before the injury. It all starts at the QB position. If the QB's no good, your team may have acquired an All Pro receiver, it'll not be successful.

The blame the offensive line and QB excuse only holds so much water. Many great players were great without much help.

I’m a carolina fan and was hurt when we traded DJ. You guys have a legit number 1 receiver in him with top five talent. He was underused with us and needed more targets. There were too many seasons where the top receivers in the league had more catches than he had targets.

Good receiver, he will be effective against soft zones or at least draw significant attention to himself that frees others to make plays…the others still have to CATCH the damned ball. It was a good move for the Bears to draft a big OT from Tennessee to be Fields’ bodyguard, they needed someone like that badly.

I think he won't produce like he did in Carolina. I do think he'll create availability for the other receives due to him being taken away until Claypool and Mooney produce. He might actually be less productive while creating more production if that makes sense

Imagine if we had a top tier quarterback with moore mooney and claypool. We would be a feared offense for the first time since cutler and the backup threw for 4400 yards in like 2013 I think. I sure wish fields would work with some ex quarterbacks in the offseason or some really good quarterback coaches that work with quarterbacks in the offseason. Shit if I was rich I would pay for it myself. If he worked with say drew Brees who’s got the most 5000 yard seasons or maybe manning cause he was dissecting defenses pre snap and post snap really that would be pretty special. I really believe it’s his ability to read defenses that was the problem and the reason the bears didn’t trust him to throw the ball 30 times in any game last season cause they didn’t trust him and didn’t want him to lose confidence throwing the ball and getting mad turnovers. A lot of ppl say that he can read defenses and that’s not his problem it was everyone else but if your not letting the ball go and holding on to the ball too long it’s gotta be a bad read on the defense and not being able to hit guys coming out of they’re break. Dudes couldn’t have been super covered all those times he was holding and holding the ball cause it just happened too much
