After my wife's spinal stenosis surgery, she could not take the harsh stiff ride of motorcycle tires. The car tire made the difference. It's ride is so much smoother and plush compared to the motorcycle tire. We can now tour together again on our gl1800. We love the car tire. Longer life, larger contact patch, better braking, better in rain, better weight load which is important for our trailer towing capacity. The handling is just as good as the motorcycle tires we had used. The fact I can install the tire on the rim myself was a huge plus, using the cable tie method. Another big $ savings, for us. We won't be going back to a motorcycle tire. Enjoying the videos.

Thanks for sharing. I'm so glad you found a way to continue riding with your wife. Are you using a non-runflat? The one I used was very plush compared to the run-flat.
