Nice rub tree:) I would like a time stamp that's just me> i set my watch alarm to 530am 1130pm bearthirty. Do you mind if i ask what brand cams are you using. Whats ur favorite and how many cams do you have that broke? I have a large pile of trail cams all junk. A grizzly bumped 1 off a tree it is now broken. Not even scratched. The cam took like 5 shots and junk. The moltree i80 has been out for 4 or 5 years or more years at -45F in Alaska only 1 i have been happy with.

Reconyx. They only get broke by bears if you don't have the meatal protective frame that you screw to the tree and pad lock it all as one. Otherwise bears will back rub on them or even bite at them. Had one camers damage as an old gal of a bear put her K-9 through the lens. They know it doesn't belong, has strange smells and clicks.....and plus they are really curious. Wolves are tripped out by them many times.

@@bearbait2221 , most my locations were out of cell range as well. I was working with an engineer who wanted to implement tham with a satelite chip so you'd get alerted to an Ipad with a couple pics, so you could tell if your target animal arrived......for management purposes ( not hunting). They have the cell coverage cameras that do the same. We had a device we could put on the culvert traps that when the door went down we would be alerted by text message so you could respond immediately and you didn't have a bear in a trap for hours, but it was satelite linked too.

I just like knowing the prime times of there travels so i can not be there :0 I get road kill moose and put the scraps out i like to watch them eat the scraps in 1 siting. I have had many bears feed on moose next to my tent within 100yards and they nap on the pile they look so fat and happy why shoot them for what? a rug that gets put in a box later put in the trash> i dont trophy hunt but have had a few maneaters follow me just out of view in the brush just flank you all day it get a little unnerving. 1 night had something talk in a weird backwards language with deep growls it never popped teeth or made any normal bear sounds. I can say the sasquatch sierra sounds tape is 100% real it gives me the shivers it could be bears talking in a language we don't know about.The next night i put a game cam out to catch whatever was making that sound the cam took a pic and in 10 years it was the only corrupted pic on a game cam I ever had a little sus to me.never heard it again I now have a sound recorder after the thing yelled at me for over 4 hours 1 night growling never chuffed or puffed like a bear i wish i had more cams then@@TheBearGuyCanada

They will buck the branches off the rub trees by snapping, pulling or chewing them off. But you should see and hear the show a large male that you come across who is very unhappy with being interupted does to a tree. They will snap and destroy trees and branches as a show of power while vocalizing the whole time, sounds like a skidster pushing over bush. I have a video on here of a large male that entered a campground following an unreceptive female. He wasn't happy with me being there and before he left mangled the forest. The campers that were scared before, after that were terrified and packed up and left, lol.

Have you heard about BC Canada? Tranquilizing bears in dens and moving them, so they can flood land. Very bad move!

Yes its horrible. Why not delay the flooding till they leave the den and flood the area very slowly in May-June? Once again big business and money trump wildlife.
