Yes. Definitely a strong workout for the jaw.

Mark It works. It’s a lot better than Jawsersize because it hits the correct jaw muscles that you want to work on, but don’t use it everyday. Use it every two days for 10-15 minutes max that’s it. It will make your jaw stronger but it won’t get rid of face fat. Typically people have nice chiseled jawlines because they don’t have much face fat.
