What do you have to do to remove the A/C evaporator from a Dodge Caravan

This is not a tutorial. This is an overview not a step by step tutorial. That is why the music is so loud. If you have ever wondered what is involved in taking out the A/C evaporator from a 96'-02' Dodge Caravan, here is your chance to find out. The one in the video is a 1999.

The whole dash can be removed as one assembly. Shouldn't have to remove dash pad, radio, a/c switches etc. I just drop steering column down to floor leaving steering shaft attached. I suggest checking out other videos on this project.

The saddest part about this, we finally hair air conditioning, to make any summer easier to handle. But so many cars have air conditioners that go "wrong" for some reason or another. And everything is so hard to get to, or just extremely costly to fix, that the average person just has to live with, "I guess it's just not going to work anymore". Many aspects of life are that way. Repair costs that many cannot afford to do. And engineering wise, they could have made a lot of them much easier to get to!
