Great video thank you. Did you have any issues with leaking after this? How did you close the hole?

I wish their pulsar been a patch-up and result included in this video for sure. What I plan to do personally is take a dryer lint cleaning brush (longer and flexible but also have the scrubber in the video laying around incase I need it more sturdy), no rinse evaporator coil cleaner that’s lemon scented (I will spray this on the evaporator directly to clean it after cutting), black gasket maker (to seal the piece I cut out back in), and once that dries, I will take a second can of evaporator coil cleaner and snake it up the evaporator coil, drain drip tube and put all that in there hoping to get some behind the evap. To the heater core and spots doing this didn’t reach possibly. Fingers crossed 🤞 maybe I’ll come back to update on the results.

What was the initial issue?

Hi , 1 - So there was NO kind of air filter to replace ? 2 - Doesn't the evaporator drip water to the bottom and go out the exit tube on the firewall ? 3 - Did you glue or fit back on the piece you cut off ? 4 - Any water leaking on passenger floor ? 5 - Thanks . ( And thanks for video , 👍 ) .

The other side of that evaporator is just as dirty.

No it's not. Dirty air comes from the right passenger side.

@@steveprozinski2922 I do this for a living. It’s definitely the same on the other side. It’s mold.
