Thank you so much for your channel and this video! Got a job interview for Documentation Technician in a laboratory and the title got me very confused with librarians or stuffs like that. I'm really excited about this opportunity to work in a laboratory, or close to it. I've always been working in offices and I wasn't sure if I was qualified for that position. After discovering your channel, I have my confidence back, and I'm sure I got what it takes. They will "show me da way" (lol), and I'll get on it!

I think you have just described an integral part of my job. Im a technical manager for a facility management company and I just realized that I do this as a part of my role of ensuring that there is compliance to sop. Im interested in your certified technical writer certification but I don't get the difference between the 1 certification package and the 7 certifications package? Perhaps a video on that?
