Alcohol and gun being pulled on coworker and me not really able to run but had to run behind a truck second time and coworker still had not been fired I’m having panic attacks going to work going to clock out.

I'm in NYC bx And I work on 149th and 3rd ave. A day at work consist of defusing violent altercations between both staff and customers, dealing with mentally I'll homeless people, dealing with crazy co workers who literally assault customers, as well as doing my job, go home and deal with my wife and children

So would my supervisor routinely saying mother f**kers be sexual harassment? What if one of these gutter snipes say father f**kers? I have asked them to stop.

On multiple occasions my Direct Manager @ Polo Ralph Lauren 2005, Blyth Stephenson called me to my face "The N Word", "Claw is low..."Our Customers are NOT COMFORTABLE WIT YOU!!!", with bawled fist and aggression "You N.....!" Documented statement "Stupid, Black, Egregious Public Humiliations with Customers and Coworkers, incompetent "She is just a NEW Employee (vs she DENIED me Training- Set up to fail). and saw it written statements. three managers corned me in office subjected to "We are going to make an EXAMPLE out of you!!!" In a interrogation mode of misconduct, Blyth with tears her eyes as she, Monica, and John simultaneously, aggressively and hostile pointed their fingers in my face, "DID YOU TELL Sherwin (Position, Greeter) THAT I(Blyth) CALLED YOU a N....!!!" I did let multiple Upper Management (Monica, Lennox, HR Sarah, Fare 2 You Atty. Amanda Costilla/Benjamin) HR Romeo) know that I was being Race and Disabled Discriminated, Disparate Treatments, Defrauded of my earned commission, and deprived of wages for overtime and no breaks etc; but failed to take actions. They retailed against me. EEOC, Danial Nance intentionally DENIED/BLOCKED 3 time the Right to Filed against Polo Ralph Lauren; therefore I had to hire an Attorney, Kelvin Little in order to file an EEOC Charges. Behind the scenes of EEOC unbeknownst to me Atty. Kelvin Little intentionally Denied/Blocked Mediations from me for Polo Ralph Lauren's advantage. In late 2009, I did not know that Atty. Kelvin Little had NOT submitted the 5 to 6 Direct Evidence to EEOC that he handpicked and copied for leverage to get PRL settle. Atty. Little stated, "PRL do not want this to become public knowledge." In retrospect, Atty. Kelvin Little, Fare 2 You Atty. Amanda Costilla, HR Romeo, and Atty. Nancy Spratlinn - Affiliates Colluded and Conspired to Retaliated, Obstruct Justice and prevent Due-Process Malfeasance Malpractices etc.

I am suing my previous employer. The employer's lawyer is asking me permission to get my medical records. Can I deny? I feel like I am giving them the tools to find something to damage my case.

Pretty sure you can deny. Medical info is private (HIPPA)

Hopefully you have a lawyer you are working with this to help you. In many cases, particularly if you are claiming emotional distress, your employer may have a limited ability to gain access to some of your medical records. But rarely can your employer get ALL of them. You can file a request with the court requesting what is called a protective order to limit the records, if any, your employer can obtain.
