House line saved my puppy way back when she was just weeks old. She slipped through the slats in our front fence to the street side and the only thing on the SAFE side was the line that I stepped on to keep her from going into traffic. Phew! Bag improvement - convertibility to crossbody or backpack. Thanks for the great advice.

Hahaha your bag is like a clown car! My new bag “must have” is WHEELS! Another is a stiffer bottom so the bag stays upright. If I like a bag and it doesn’t have one, we make one out of thick plastic. I love those removable inner organizer cubbies too. I’m obsessed with your videos! You guys are Amazeballs! My future dogs Thank You!

I have bag that has a pocket for wet wipes-best ever. Second the idea about a pocket for a water bottle, as I always travel with water from home. A towel, never leave home without one, especially if you live with a water dog. Tie out line. Have been very glad to have one while traveling. The rest all good, and fun to see what you pack. 🙂

Great list! Thank you…. I was wondering about 1st aid and water bowl- good to see. Great idea about diarrhea meds- definitely adding that to our overnight bag. The only thing I would add is a water bottle, bundle of paper towels, and zip lock bag….. needed cleanup a few times and learned my lesson 🙄. My perfect bag… maybe pockets around the inside to keep things organized. Kayla- you should collaborate with a bag maker (Scout bags are terrific) and design one!

Hi, I just found out that my local shelter has a field trip program where we can take dogs out for 2 to 8 hours a day and we have signed up for it. We are on our way to pick up our first puppy! Anyway, I was hoping that you might be able to make a short or a video that talks about the supplies and toys that would be most important for us to have we don’t really want to go out and buy every single dog toy and supply each week because we’re only having these dogs for a few hours once a week but yeah tips and tricks and what do you think would be the best things to have besides what they provide, which are the basics, such as a harness, leash, food, and doggy waste bags, thank you so much for everything you do your channel is awesome!

Great showing this to us. One thing I'd actually need in a training bag is a waterproof pocket, and here's why: In Europe when you travel abroad you need to have a passport for your dog, so this is one thing we always bring. But very often it's inside the bag with wet waterbowls and wet toy and leashes. So very often I need to😢take it out and dry it.

Neat about the dog passport! I've only been to Europe once, Italy 🇮🇹. I noticed, unlike the USA, people take there dogs EVERYWHERE. I loved it! ❤

I keep powered activated charcoal incase my young dog get ahold of anything poisonous or has diarrhea, steps on a bee etc. Won’t go anywhere without it!
