Even though it's not a step by step per se, and just the "duties", it does give off the impression of the order-so I'll make a correction to the order: After manual cleaning, the items are put through the wash, this is the decon phase. This removes basically everything, and disinfects. Once on the other side, you have the inspect/pack phase. From here, if all checks out, they're packaged/wrapped and put onto the racks ready for sterilisation. The autoclaves lead to the sterile stock side.
