Neomustangs has a 500hp 500+tq stock pan to intake car with the on3 set up running high tens. It's all in the tune ,you can push this kit way past your estimate. He's very knowledgeable on the 0n3 set ups .

Don't forget, he has new rockers and upgraded head bolts. Otherwise, it's stock. I do love that Cobalt Blue paint though.

@@jacksonstorm6395 trying the latest and the greatest I suppose. I would guess it's because of end user friendliness. Not everyone likes to work with 30 year old Ford computers, so this allows a fresh start.

@@jacksonstorm6395 that could be a subjective statement, because with tuning you don't want to leave 50+hp sitting on the table. There are many people that will want to go this route and try to tune it themselves, and avoid the tuner. Not saying that's right or wrong, but it gives flexibility if you can pull the tune together on your own.

I don't know if ON3 has changed their injector supplier but we caught mortal hell trying to tune my grey GT with a set, threw them away and used a set of Ford 42#. They weren't linear with flow at all! I have the Megasquirt Plug and Play for the Fox body. There is a plug and play harness for the Microsquirt. Mine came with base timing/fuel maps for stockish 5.0, but I have turbo....had to build the maps for both. The timing 0kpa and below is A9L timing +4 degrees and pulled a degree or so per # of boost. 16psi is around 18 degrees. A/F is 11.3 under boost. DO NOT AUTOTUNE A/F IN THE IDLE RANGE!!!!!! The Ford King Cobra clutch is junk,slipped when speed shifted on 6# smoked it with 9#. Put Autozone's lifetime clutch kit in, holds 15# and works like s stocker. Love the channel, my son's have S550 GT's one is a '15 manual and a '16 6R80 car.

Have you thought about using the original white car motor for the 4to8 swap and the engine that needs to be sealed for the trickflow kit! Saves time!

No need for a MAF with microsquirt. I’m using an on3 76mm kit with a micro. The micro is a speed density type of ecu. No need to use a maf.

Glad you mentioned all the extras that are needed for a turbo setup too run. Honestly throw all the On3 drain crap away build your own drain with good stuff. All On3’s fuel system stuff is great if you go all out. Couldn’t be happier with my 4V kit

A turbo 5.0 fox will make more power than a supercharged one anyday. Had an Incon twin turbo system on my 93 and it made 600whp and had A/C and got 23 MPG on the highway.

Almost went this route, mine had a trick flow top end already then was planning on a 331 SCAT bottom end and a turbo off a powerstroke. In the end I figured I’d be pushing the stock block to its limits & now I’m in the middle of a Coyote build.

I don't know. In my opinion, turbos belong on 4 cylinder cars, not V8s. Rather see a supercharger on a fox.
