I think his tariffs are the biggest threat to the auto industry, I sold a cargo trailer (90% still and aluminum) for 15% more than I bought it for 5 years later because of his tarrifs. And if he starts deporting people the effects that will have on the economy will be the biggest worry. I don't expect him to actually do much in the way of directly changing the auto industry. But the ripples will be massive

9:45 China is expected to sell 12 million NEVs this year. This may be old data. Or just count BEV sales in China

Ford is already pick up and , SUV focused. Do u think they keep the Mustang around? It should still be a high margin car depending on trim, etc.

Very thoughtful. I'm not so sure Toyota will be okay, with the loss of the Chinese market. Rebranding Chinese EV's will only go so far.
