O-linemen are the guarantors of the championship season. I don't care who the so-called "skill positions" are. The O-linemen are the shit. They have to be large, physical, athletic and smart. And if I was to return as a football coach in my next life, please God, let it be as an O-line coach.

He mentioned the backfield, what is that? I’m 61 and I’ve never played football and have no idea about the terminology or how it is played. I remember my son’s football coach asking me to explain the playbook to him because he was struggling so I told him that I had no idea what a play was so he should ask my ex wife to explain the book to him because she had a background in organized sports. He gave me a look like he wondered what planet I was from! I thought I would finally learn about the game so I could enjoy it more. It looks like two teams lining up and running around and sometimes running with the ball and sometimes passing it. I’ll have to learn basketball and baseball next. Thanks
