Even her speaking voice sounds operatic. I wonder if she noticed it before becoming a singer.

as an opera singer myself, that happens very often to us after we beggin studying bel canto hehe

It is the other way around. Singers' voices start sounding more "operatic" when speaking because of singing technique, because they start breathing better and because of correct placement. It is also a healthier and less tiring way of speaking if you use a bit of your singing technique, because a lot of people use too much their throat muscles and concentrate all their energy there without utilising enough the rest of body involved in sound producing.

@@Mini_Min_ that is definitely not true for male giants like Corelli or Del monoco as I listened to their interviews million times and their speaking voice sounds like a normal person. Could it be different for female sopranos? That I don’t know
