Here’s the issue: JJ is getting $35M, AJ is getting $32M, St.Brown just got $30M & Waddle as the #2 guy just got $28M & you still got Tyreek, CeeDee & Ja’Marr looking to get new deals.. Eventhough I think Aiyuk is a good WR, I can’t wait for some delusional organization to overpay for him, expecting to get the next top 5 WR. Obviously I don’t wish him to fail, but I just have that weird feeling about him (especially since there is so much other WR talent in todays league) that he is actually closer to being an 1100 yard, 6TDs per year type player, once he is playing outside of that loaded 49ers offense, which is obviously still good production for a second receiving option, but I don’t see him turning into that legit 1500-1700 yard, double digit TD guy who is a perennial All-Pro 😅

Does anyone know the difference between what he was offered vs the $30+ mill he want's from San Fran? I am aware that I am the lowest paid employee at my job. And I really don't care. I am more or less a per-hr worker so. I'm on lower end of wages. Most Athletes pride them selves on their special physical abilities. To me all these #'s are crazy. Contracts for millions of dollars a year. But I understand its a relatively short lived career for many players. Still I am pretty sure if the normal pay in the NFL was $250k a year, which to me is nice pay, I think most of these players would still play for at least until injuries started setting in. Meanwhile back on my sports-betting app the 9'ers are still the NFC favorite to win the SB. If he gets traded that could change. If KC picked him up they would be pretty lethal. Lot's of decent teams could use him to maybe help at least make the playoffs.
