This generation seems fixated on *the bullshit:* who a nigga's fucking, has he ever been shot, what set he claimed, how much long were they locked up for, what other rappers did they fight, and other shit completely irrelevant from music. Even you, Vlad, often times seem so fixated on *the bullshit* that you rarely talk about sounds, production, flow, meaning behind lyrics, video concepts, or any other questions related to actual Hip Hop. I truly believe this generation puts controversy over talent. Tekashi69, for example, is the biggest and most obvious troll I've ever seen. And if today were like the 90's and not everyone was walking around with a camera phone in their pocket, he would've _been_ caught up a long time ago. And it would've been so normal, it wouldn't have made the news. But we have technology now and technology has weak niggas feeling real safe to talk shit from afar. Our phones provide two things: 1) *distance,* you can talk shit about people in LA, Chicago and Houston from the safety of your home in New York. Our phones also provide 2) *apprehension* of other people coming at you. People who are capable of actually doing something aren't going on Instagram. But they're worried about ending up in court, with the prosecution using a video posted on worldstarhiphop.com of you beating a rapper's ass to the concrete. Again, camera phones got weak niggas feeling safe, hence their disrespect, their recklessness, and the false sense of being untouchable. And the reason they do it isn't because they have a need to feel _gangsta._ They do it because not every artist is as talented as Kendrick Lamar, not every artist can rhyme like J Cole or even perform like Drake. If Mozzy didn't diss legends like C-Bo or Brotha Lynch Hung, I wouldn't know he existed. If it weren't the Breakfast Club keeping record of the latest stupid shit Tekashi's done to disrespect someone, I wouldn't know he existed either. As a matter of fact, I can only name two of his songs and only one of them I like. I sincerely believe some artists feel they can't rely on just talent to gain attention to their music, so they take advantage of the fact this generation is fixated on *the bullshit*, so they put that bullshit (that negativity) out there to gain attention. So if it happens to start some shit in the street and people get killed or shot at or beat up or whatever, as long as this generation is paying attention, it will equal views to their youtube videos, it will have more searches for them on google, it will generate free publicity for them to use as an opportunity to promote a new album coming out. But none of it is real.

I love Mozzy, but you simply can't deny Brotha Lynch nor X-Raided at least an acknowledgment.
