What Does Diversity Mean to You?

What does diversity mean to you? How does diversity sound, look, or feel? How can we make UB a place where diversity is acknowledged regardless of how it looks or feels?
DIFCON 12, held in Spring of 2016 on the University at Buffalo campus, was an innovative series of twelve conversations led by UB faculty, who explored provocative topics with small groups of students each week. These unique group discussions were meant to help initiate a change in the way university communities think and approach difficult conversations.
This video consists of a series of interview excerpts conducted with students and faculty immediately following the “What Does Diversity Mean to You?” discussion.
