E 10 means “times 10 to the 10th power” so easier to conceptualize and compute with fewer digits. To convert to “regular view” just move the decimal point 10 places to the right.

like in video at 4:20 mark...Uppercase "E" means "Exponent of base 10" then the number to the right is the power. Example: 2.1 E4 means 2.1*10*10*10*10 so you multiple the numbers on the left of the "E" by 10 the amount of times of the number to the right of the "E" . Another example: 1.03E2 means 1.03*10*10 also the uppercase "E" has a different meaning than the lowercase "e"
