Frank, that means the world to me. I'm not sure why you needed it today, but I hope all is well with you. There is a path for all of us. Some days the road is hard. I often say that God has me digging ditches. One day the ditch digging is done and the floods come. I'm glad to have the ditches on that day. It is easy to see God working in our lives when all is well, but it is difficult to see when hard things keep piling on us. Know you are digging ditches today Frank and that one day those ditches will be there when you need them. Bless you my friend.

Hi Frank! Glad to see God is working on your heart. I just wanted to share a few verses with you for encouragement. I found Jesus in a place I did not expect to find him when God was working on my heart this past May. I was getting closer to God, and I felt him nudging me towards Jesus. Right away I felt this odd spirit of contempt for him, and I wasn’t sure why. I prayed about it, wanting to get past it. That same night, I got out my Bible and I opened it to Isaiah 53. This was the Old Testament… I knew the prophet Isaiah had lived in the eighth century BC. But I couldn’t believe who I was reading about. 1Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? 2He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him. 3He was despised and rejected by mankind, a man of suffering, and familiar with pain. Like one from whom people hide their faces he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. 4Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted. 5But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. 6We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before its shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. 8By oppression a and judgment he was taken away. Yet who of his generation protested? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was punished. b 9He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. 10Yet it was the Lord’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the Lord makes c his life an offering for sin, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the Lord will prosper in his hand. 11After he has suffered, he will see the light of life d and be satisfied e ; by his knowledge f my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. 12Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, g and he will divide the spoils with the strong, h because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. I had no idea Jesus was in the Old Testament and his crucifixion was prophecied about hundreds of years in advance. Everything fell in place for me after that. Later, after much studying, I’ve found that in 351 places in the Old Testament, different aspects of his life were prophecied about, some as early as 1,500 years in advance. This brought a whole new light to reading the Old Testament and the Prophets. Psalms 22 and Zachariah 12:10 are some other outstanding prophecies.

In my experience after a heart issue I entered this luminescent blue realm. There I met my grandfather, my grandmother, and a cousin that I barely knew from when I was around 8 but she had died a few years prior. The feeling of love was so intense that I can’t find the words to describe it because earth is so limited. Although they died around 80 my grandparents looked to be about 30 now. You also didn’t speak like we do you communicate telepathically. The second I kissed my grandma I instantly came back. I used to believe in God before but always wondered what if I’m wrong. Now I no longer fear death and know 100% that there is a God and we don’t really die. 🙏

So this helps me understand what happened to me (sorry if this is long), I had a terrible car accident this year, but long story short I was in that "black room" as you call it, when I was there it felt like being submerged in a "black pool" but that peacefulness was very calming and it felt like floating (Like stillness in an underwater pool). The only difference I had was that someone (God/Creation) was talking from behind me... He kept saying that He loved me so much. Now I'm not huge on religion but nobody ever expressed THAT much love and acceptance to me, ever in my life and I felt it! Thanks for sharing your experience it helps me get an understanding of what I went through also! Take care brotha.

Thank you Sir! Sounds like we have been in the same stomping grounds. I guess that voice for me was the understanding I spoke about in the video. I just knew where I was. I knew God was there. It was real peace. The reality that the people I knew and loved were there. The understanding that God brings all people there is a testament to God's grace. The details of our eternal life (Heaven or Hell) is of our own making and will be realized no matter where we go. Thank you for sharing my friend. I am glad you came back. It's a special feeling, but difficult at times.

That eternal and infinite peace cannot be adequately described here on Earth, but once you've been in that place, it does not necessarily make life here easier, but it does put me at ease in certain ways. This happened to me in 1994. I struggle with words to convey the whole thing, but I try, and I've written it down a few times over the years. I do know that I am no longer afraid of what's next, not looking forward to dying, but I am real strong on what comes after. Thank you for your story One more thing, I was a terrible, lying, cheating, thieving, bad person. I immediately became a Christian and the experience changed me totally. I believe Jesus came to me in my "room" in order to let me know of the terrible life I was and would live. I'd be dead or in prison. I raised two wonderful kids by myself as a single parent and have owned a couple successful businesses and have an amazing life now, but that time with Christ was what did it.

Thank you for sharing my friend, I’m an NDE and OBE, I had my experiences about two years ago, and I was there, we call it the void, nothing but dark space for millions of miles, you never made it to heaven, you were stuck in the void like many people that for whatever reason never go to the light and yes is absolutely peaceful and all things from this side vanishes, but not everyone go to the void, I didn’t in my first NDE, but did in my second and I saw souls like your self there, just looking around and others going slowly up into the light and others going very fast, what you’re describing is not heaven You definitely got many things correct like the fact that religion is man made, i asked and I was told very clearly that, but if you were in the light there’s no way that you can say that you don’t trust anybody , your experience is telling me that you have many issues in this life that you must deal with but it sounds like your thoughts are getting the best of you, that was more like a warning my friend, now you know there’s another side, and there may be things in your life that you should get rid of, in my experiences all that junk that was holding me back was removed, completely erased, but it seems that for some reason that only you know you must make some of this changes yourself on this side, believe me that I was a atheist none believer for 53 years and never knew anything about this NDE or OBE business until mine happened, please don’t take my comments the wrong way, I’m not trying to tell you what to do or how, only you know this and is written in your heart and that’s where the answers are, I love you as much as all of my NDErs brothers and sisters and my enemies because our love comes from our creator the source of all things, and if you ask he will guide you on the right path, definitely religion is a no no for as NDErs, please understand that your path and all answers are already in you, trust is the word!, you must trust if you want to be free, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me, it took me a long time and many sleepless nights to fully understand and appreciate the immensity of my experiences, and I’m still learning how to deal with it, but we NDErs trust and help each other and is an honor to do so, there’re many groups that can help you understand more about this like IANDS, I know that if it wasn’t for them I would have thought that I was going nuts, I truly wish you well my NDE brother and many blessings from our creator, thank you

Since my experience I have retired from the Police. My heart wasn't in it. I loved helping people, but people do lie, and do great harm to others. I do trust now, and I know God's Love. He sent my Grandmother to push me back into our world. My work here is not done. That is the understanding that I have now. I did not see the light, but I will when my time comes again. Thank you my friend, my Brother. Your words and the knowledge you have gained from your experience is amazing. @@AOATSURVIVAL I can tell you one thing brother, life on this side of heaven will get very hard for you sometimes, your absolutely to see the human side of people will be enhanced and you will be pushed into judgment, as hard as it may get and as many horrible things you will definitely see don’t let it happen, just relax into your thoughts and let it go, and little by little God will revile to you the “why”, sometimes is painful to watch the horror of humanity, but as horrible as it is don’t even hate, don’t even hold any resentment towards anyone or anything, always relax in those thoughts, watch them and let them go, all thoughts are lies all the time, the good ones and the bad ones, they will build you up just to drop you and they will drop you just to build your up and they will never take you anywhere, is like a roller coster o emotions The reason why you felt so free and good and joyful in the void is exactly because of that, and this is something that I struggle for months, why didn’t I remember my family??, why didn’t I miss them or even care about them??, and one day the answer came very clearly, and is because there’s no fear on the other side and fear controls all of our emotions on this side of heaven, we’re always wary about our families because of fear of something can happen to them, but on the other side we have the knowing that all is well and they will be just fine, no fear no emotions, no need for emotions on the other side because all is well and the way is supposed to be, I truly wish you would have gone into the light my friend, because is the most amazing thing you can ever imagine, no words can ever express the joy and the unconditional love in the light, image what what you felt in the void and multiple that a million times, and whatever the number is you’re not even close to what is like, is just not possible to explain in words, in my NDE I was taken to Jesus, now imagine a nasty atheist that never believe in Jesus of God or anything like that, but in the contrary did always laugh and make fun of them and called them all kinds of names standing in front of this unbelievable entity!, my friend I have no words to express what is like, just the thought of he’s name makes my knees drop to the ground without control and my eyes wept uncontrollably, and there’s absolutely nothing I can do about it, is completely out of my control, and he just give me love, and more love and more love, how is this possible I asked?, how can he love me??, why??, after everything I’ve said and done to purposely offend him and the father?, how can he not judge me at all?? how can this be??, and more love came my way and more until I just drop to my knees from the weight of so much peace and joy, and all my judgment and evil way was simply erased from my heart and we merged into each other, and then I knew what unconditional love truly is, I understood God’s way, and that forever I I was his, and I finally felt joy and peace and no fear will ever enter me again I tell you my friend that if I was to have a last wish before I go back home that would be for every single human to be touched by Jesus for just one second, one second will be enough to change this world, but only our Father know the when and the why to all answers, so we must not judge his will or his plan, trust me, all is well!, thank you my brother and remember that he’s with you always and he loves you unconditionally, he’s not judging you so you should never judge your self, Blessings

He is surrounded by those that love him. Here my Brother had addiction problems that led to legal, relationship, and money problems. I am glad to know he has finally found the peace that he could not have here on Earth.

Wendy, I am so sorry for your loss. Sometimes grief is so deep it feels like it will never end. The vessel we occupy here on Earth is finite, but our consciousness, our “soul”- is eternal. Death is not the end it is only a transition back to the place from where we all came, the place of perfect peace, joy and LOVE that surpasses all understanding. I hope there is some comfort for you in that. {{{Hugs}}} [PS: I had a best friend in my youth by the name of Wendy Hall… :) ]

Chynna, first let me say that I am so sorry to hear that. I cannot imagine the pain that you have gone through. You won't ever forget his eyes or his voice. I want you to know that he is there. He is in that peaceful place. He has no pain, no worry. He has only love. He is surrounded by it there. Love and peace are what he knows now. A peace he could not have here because of cancer. I lost my Brother four years ago when he was shot and killed. It was a tragic end to a tragic life, but I am comforted knowing that he has found the peace he could not find here. Your Son waits for you Chynna. He does not long for that day, but he is waiting. He will be there to take your hand when you get there, but you must wait for your time. I hope you understand what I am saying with that last statement. It must be in God's time, and it must be your time. You are here for a reason. I think you know the reason that you are here. Watch for God's plan for you. He has been showing you for the last 3 years. Bless you Chynna. Let your loss empower others to find healing in their lives.

@@AOATSURVIVAL I truly appreciate you replying to my comment. I’m genuinely sorry it took me so long to see it, but your words mean more than you know. They bring me great comfort. I hold tight to God’s promise that we will be together again. The Bible says that with the Lord a day is like a thousand years and a thousand years are like a day…. So maybe…. in Heaven’s time, he’s only ran ahead of me and by the time he turns to look behind him, I’ll already be there. Like we were never really apart. I’m definitely gonna pay more attention to how I can use my pain to help heal others….A lot of positive changes in the last 3 years so you are probably right. I’m gonna figure that one out. ❤️

Oh Deborah... I am so sorry to hear that. My brother was shot by his girlfriend in 2018, but that is different than losing a child. I cannot imagine the pain you must feel. For me my Brothers death left a hole in my life that I couldn't fill.. I know he is in a good place. The place I speak of in my video is for all of us. There is no hell. He is at peace. You will see your Son again one day Deborah. He will smile and embrace you as though you were never apart. It is hard for us to lose someone, but he does not feel loss there. You must live on to fill that hole that his passing left. The hole my Brother left was unfillable, but I did fill it with the actions he would do if he were here. I love his children, I talk about him and keep his memory alive for all of us. That is why you are still here. To love those that he loved. To care for those he cared for. To remember him to others that might forget if you weren't there. It is hard for us here in life, but you are stronger than you think and loved more than you know Debs.

Great testimony. I fully believe what you experienced. Eternity is very deep and requires a different form of thinking to get a grasp of. Everything feels like the ”ultimate” or like the absolute existence. But everything feels like that since you’re connected to the absolute, but there is more to what you experience. Eternity only considers your actions, whilst in terms of feelings you feel everything there is, at once. However, what happens in eternity, is first judgement. Merely because of the existence of God, wherever hell is not, there is eternal peace. Meaning peace will be felt until the judgement and then experience is amplified infitely to the worse or the better. This is simply knowledge that I feel I have been given by the Holy Spirit. It is very very important that we give our lives to Jesus Christ and live after him while we can. He will teach us, first hand, the eternal truth, that he is the only way and the truth, the light of the world. He will also shed light on the horribly cruel deceptions that are here AND in the afterlife. He will give us a pass for every mistake we’ve made when we repent, and he will do amazing things to your life in order to help you make the right choices. You have to know here where you will end up. You have to get to know Jesus and talk to him before you leave earth. Without him we are lost forever.

Hey Daniel, thanks for watching and commenting. I believe that. Everything in the universe, the multiverse is connected. What goes out travels. It has consequences. One little thing can affect a number of people. If you give someone a hard time at their job it goes home to their family, the kids then take it to school, the spouse takes it to their job. It is no wonder that divorce, suicides, and shootings are rampant. People keep sending out the seeds, and one day those seeds will be sewn. If we can send out sadness and hate then we are able to send out happiness and love. Maybe we will get there one day. Daniel, I'm glad you commented. Thank you my friend, and God bless you. Kelly

Isaiah 53, written in 800 BC. Who does this talk about?

Verses of how God sees us: 2 Chronicles 16 9For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him. The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you" (Psalm 9:7-10). Psalms 25 14The Lord confides in those who fear him; Psalms 34 18The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Mathew 5 4Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. John 3 34For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God i gives the Spirit without limit. 35The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. 36Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them. Jeremiah 13 17If you do not listen, I will weep in secret because of your pride; my eyes will weep bitterly, overflowing with tears. (Inspite of our failings, he still loves us and wants a relationship with us) Jeremiah 29 11For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. 14I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, psalms 86 5A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling. 6God sets the lonely in families, c he leads out the prisoners with singing; Psalms 139 13For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. 15My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. 16Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. 17How amazing are your thoughts concerning me, God! How vast is the sum of them! 18Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand- when I awake, I am still with you. James 1 17Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. 1 Timothy 6 God, the one who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Amos 4 13He who forms the mountains, who creates the wind, and who reveals his thoughts to mankind, who turns dawn to darkness, and treads on the heights of the earth- the Lord God Almighty is his name. Joel 2 Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in love, and he relents from sending calamity. 14Who knows? He may turn and relent and leave behind a blessing James1 5If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. Hosea 14:3 For in you the fatherless find compassion.” James 4 7Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8Come near to God and he will come near to you.

For me it was pure pre eternal bliss beyond time concept and space in the Presence of The Divine Reality. 'Visually', it was black but all of creation had collapsed into a infinite ocean of light, the light of consciousness itself. there was no "I". it was pure "Is"ness. It was where "I" was before I was born. I long to go back, and may we all be guided in this life so we can InshaAllah

A good source for ndes with great explanations is IANDS, which is basically a community of folks that have experienced the other side. NDERF is another. NDERF is run by Dr. Jeffery Long, an oncologist who has also written a couple books on the subject. Many doctors are coming out from behind the curtain and also have stories to tell. @Charles Elliott, earth is nothing more than a place that souls come to learn. In the Torah book of genesis, God animates the body with His breath. The Hebrew translation is a part of Him, which is the soul. Your soul has always existed, and will continue to exist. Everything is energy. We all eventually find our heaven. Our Creator loves us more than our human brains can comprehend. Satan, demons, lake of fire, all a creation of man. Our Creator did not create us, just to send us to an eternal hell. Hell doesn’t exist. There’s no Hebrew word for hell, unfortunately, the Christian church mis translated many of the Hebrew words. Sheol for example refers to the ground, not hell. There is no satan. Satan in Hebrew is an evil act, not a being. Certainly not a being that is at war with the Creator. There’s only One power, and that power is love.

(Yes this is a very long comment and may overwhelm the non-reader who prefers only KZbin videos, but for those accustomed to reading you might find this interesting and informative. It is an examination of a near-death experience as if it were a case in a court of law and help some understand the reasoning behind the skepticism faced when making such NDE claims. I wrote it. It's mine and I would be happy to argue any refutations to it. It is opinion, not fact, and only follows the Laws of Logic as a guide, not any belief or political agenda.) Suppose we took this evidence of a near death experience to court and presented legal arguments based on the testimony of the witness. The witness being the one who claimed to have the experience, who in our scenario would be the defendant who is defending their claim. Now let's pretend that I am the prosecuting attorney for the State and give my opening statement to the court before proceeding with the trial. This is NOT a refutation of the witness' claim, but establishing the expectations of the defense to present their case according to the law. In this case, the law being the Laws of Logic since no criminal laws obviously apply here. But some framework must be established to test the validity of their testimony against a reasonable precedence. So, here is a proposed opening statement by the prosecution presented before the judge who, in this case, the judge is our own reason: Ladies and Gentleman of the Jury. Your Honor. The State now wishes to proceed with our opening statement in the case of "Our Reason" vs "NDE and the Afterlife" What is Death? What is Life? Can we be both alive and dead at the same time? Can we coexist with death? And let's be clear the difference between being alive and being dead. Being alive we have thought, memories, emotions, sensation, awareness, and a body with senses in which we can experience all these elements of life. Of being alive. So is there any single one of these aspects of being alive which the Law of Contradiction does not apply, thus breaking the law itself? If the law still holds, then no aspect of life can be a part of death. And death is the absence of life by definition. And so if we attempt an alternate definition of death to escape the Law of Contradiction regarding our coexistence with it, what is the epistemic discernment we must use to do so? Empirical or Theoretical deliberation? Does it require presuppositions that are derived by means outside the definition of death itself? And furthermore, if we still hold true the Law of Contradiction, then we cannot also change the definition of death, and that it is the absence of life and all the aspects we described life such as thought, memories, emotions, sensation, awareness, without breaking another law called The Law of Identity. The Law of Identity states that a thing is identical to itself and is defined as a term and not a proposition. And The Law of Identity would conclude that death is the opposite of life and cannot contain any property that is used to define life itself. Therefore, based upon the logical parameters presented so far, according to the Law of Contradiction and the Law of Identity, there can be no afterlife. No continuation of any aspect of life, as defined, which would contradict the Law of Identity or The Law of Contradiction. We therefore, upon death, cannot expect to have thinking and deliberation, the memory of who we were or the experiences during our lives, any emotions such as love, anger, happiness or sadness, any sensation of sights, sounds, tastes, smells or touch, and any awareness of our surroundings or the conditions we would be in, pleasurable or painful. A dreamless sleep as Socrates contemplated while awaiting his execution. An afterlife identical to the beforelife, at the same place we were during the Civil War or when the Pyramids were built. Any attempts to redefine either the meaning of life or death using presuppositions, such as "eternal life" or "immortality", are illogical and contradict both the Law of Contradiction and The Law of Identity. And if a proposition is derived through the use of illogical presuppositions, then it's conclusions can also be considered illogical and therefore irrational given the deliberate use of the illogical premise. Consider Aristotle on this who established the Laws of Logic we are using in our deliberations: "All men are mortal. Socrates is a man. Therefore, Socrates is mortal." If all A are B, and all C are A, then all C are B. For us to arrive at a truthful conclusion then the premises must be true. Further appeals to faith do not override the deliberate misuse of logic and if it persists, then it can be concluded that the proposition is irrational and therefore false. A false pretense predicated on the assumption of illogical conclusions derived through illogical means. But the philosopher who did not contradict himself regarding his proposition of death is Epicurus who said: "When we are death is not and when death comes we are not" and he used proper discernment based on the Law of Contradiction and the Law of Identity. And when Paul approached the Epicureans, followers and students of Epicurus, and the Stoics, followers and students of Zeno, in Acts 17:18 of the New Testament at the Agora in Athens, the philosophers called him a babbler, using the same false pretenses explained previously, and sent him on his way. For he spoke of dead people coming to life again and even then, without evidence, that requires the suspension of our reason and disregarding known observations of death to accept, prompting the Epicureans and Stoics rejection of Paul's claims of resurrection as well as the "strange god" he presented. But of course, philosophers have more strict epistemic discernment! And upon further examination of such claims within scripture, there are inconsistencies in those claims which provide further evidence of their erroneous nature. I am referring to Matt. 27:52-53 which states "The tombs also were opened. And many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised, and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many." Here we see a claim of resurrection involving "many bodies" which then rose and "appeared to many". Given the significance of even the single resurrection of Jesus which essentially the entire religion is based, we find it impossible for the claim of many resurrections of the saints, who appeared to many, to be omitted or ignored in the other three gospels which are also claimed to be testimonies to the same events that would have been occurring during the reported rising of the saints. Many bodies rising is more significant than one and we feel such a claim should not have gone unnoticed by the other three gospels of Mark, Luke and John. And furthermore provides reasonable doubt and skepticism of such general claims of resurrection having taken place at all. So, in conclusion, the State has strong evidence to be skeptical of any claims of an afterlife experience according to the Laws of Logic. We feel the evidence of such experiences fail to meet either the logical or empirical requirements to consider such evidence as valid, nor meets the demands necessary to establish such evidence as fact. In addition, we feel there is sufficient medical evidence available which provides reasonable doubt to the claim, and the acceptance of claims of NDE or the Afterlife, including contact with deceased relatives or deities, therefore must be considered subjective testimony and biased considering any attempted presuppositions by the defense regarding an established belief (i.e religious) in such claims, and the claims of subsequent believers, who may be operating under the limitations of cognitive bias compelled by, but not limited to, the internalized fear of death and/or the hope of the continuation of themselves beyond the extinction of the body, the brain and the consciousness to allow the capacity to reunite with beloved family members and their own respective deities. That indeed these psychological compulsions are producing the emotional barriers that contribute to the cognitive bias and their inability to employ logic for the purposes of critical thinking and discernment. Therefore, these testimonies of NDE's are accepted as the necessary evidence to confirm their preexisting beliefs and demonstrate the cognitive bias in effect, and when confronted with opposing facts and logical refutations to these NDE testimonies the resulting cognitive dissonance produces the adverse effects inherent in it's condition, such as discomfort, anger, stress, worry, and general feelings of negativity. In addition, as a result of their preexisting beliefs resulting in cognitive bias it may be preventing the objective assessment of the evidence limiting them to their own subjectivity regarding the validity of this, or any other NDE testimony, as well as contributing to the alleged NDE claimed by the defendant themselves through their own subconscious desires and expectations of the existence of an afterlife during their experience. For the defense your honor... life and death both exist. They are tangible things that affect the lives of those here on Earth. There is no argument to this statement as we all have experienced death in some way. We understand a very small portion of life. We may understand our daily routine, but as for medicine, and the "laws" of nature we understand very little. This statement is not refuted by any known expert in the fields of science or medicine. If we "the living here on Earth" do not understand the laws of life then how ladies and gentlemen can we expect to understand death? We cannot. Logic would tell us that anything out of the norm is not logical. We see abnormal things each day. Is a pedophile normal? Are serial killers normal? Is a cloned animal normal? It is not for us to say whether a claim Is logical because there is no basis for logic. We do not know what rational is, what illogical is, what normal is. As to further arguments, this witness has not stated at any time that there were fantastical creations beyond our logical belief. On the contrary the prosecutions argument only acts to strengthen my clients claims as he has stated there was peace. There was no noise, no decisions, nothing to look at, no bills to pay. It was only peace. Yes others were there, and while there my client and his grandmother had "no thoughts of those here". The prosecution claims that death is the absence of all things, and the defense does not refute this. There is an absence of all things. In death we do not have a body, no home, nothing to eat or drink. Death is the absence of all that weighs us down in life. Death exists ladies and gentlemen. It is a different experience then what we have here in life. The laws that man have created to explain the unexplainable have no place in the realm of death. Death has different laws just as different countries have different laws. The point of death is that there is no point. It is something we do not understand here, but because we do not understand it does not mean it is not so. Thank you Kelly Baker for the defense your honor.

@@AOATSURVIVAL The prosecution contends that a sensation of peace and the realization of having no noise, no decisions, nothing to look at, no bills to pay is itself the use of features identified as occurring during the experience defined as life, such as thinking and awareness, and therefore violates the Law of Contradiction. Furthermore, pedophilia, serial killers and cloned animals, despite their abnormality in comparison to normal human behavior and observations, do not violate any Laws of Logic necessary to accept the truth of their reality. They exist. There is proof they exist. There is no need to believe they exist based on any testimony alone which would require the use of the Laws of Logic. It becomes a matter of Empirical evidence. And despite conclusive psychological determinations on why they exist, nevertheless their existence is not a matter of debate. And as such cannot be used to diminish or question our ability to assess truth or reality through a flawed or questionable use of logic itself. The State Rest, Your Honor.
