Good review, but this is a slightly cheaper knockoff of the Tactistaff, which I have. I keep it on the back of my SUV along with my get home bag. I think it is very handy. I have a trick knee and when it decides to act up, this walking stick is what I need. The Tactistaff has a real rubber tip, not that hard rubber knob, so it is good to go in urban environments, as well as the pointed end for trail and camp use.

Did you actually try to use this or any of the accessories? It's a terribly designed product. You'll never use the spear for any kind of hunting or fishing, the ice-glass breaker is useless in the bush, the 6 inch saw won't saw through anything worth cutting, the knife will hurt your hand if you try to use it for anything other than cutting up a charcuterie board. You can replace all of this junk with a decent bushcraft knife and a hand saw for about $60 on Amazon, and it'll work a million times better.

@@joshvirkus You are correct on all points except one my friend! It will hurt your hand cutting a charcuterie board as well. I have tried it, but as I said in the video... it is too heavy, and the tools are for shit. I have a much lighter version in another video that I really like. You can take the tools out and put whatever you want in it.

Cane-fu! Thanks, too heavy for hiking. Onces equal pounds, pounds equal pain. But if you walk around anywhere other dog owners are I could see this coming in handy. I have collapsible steel nunchucks. I can't have walking stick because I have 2 dogs.

I do not like all these individual pieces to screw together, there should be one long solid piece 3 foot and one thread on top piece. Maybe a threaded pipe would work for the main length lower part. Because in a fight those many threaded pieces can come loose with hits.

For a minute, I thought it might be mine. I was stationed at Bearcat with the Royal Thai Army Black Panther Infantry Division in 1968-69 as a liaison officer, My Randall was stolen from my quarters at our main base by a Vietnamese civilian who delivered water by truck to that main base. I carried it everywhere in the field but left it at the base on occasion. I never got it back. Unfortunately, this is not my knife. Somebody in Long Thành, Vietnam still has mine to this day. That is a hell of a story my friend. No telling where your knife is. I know what it's like to lose a good knife. Feels like your underwear's gone or your favorite tooth got pulled. Thanks for reaching out with your story, and thank you for all you did in Vietnam from one old dogface to another. Ssgt. Ret. Kelly Baker

If you collect patches and your a proud American you should be able to wear military patches. Now if you were military patches and your telling people your a veteran and especially if your getting veterans benefits in anyway from pedaling to purchase o medical then you have everything that coming to you. Some collectors of military things like to wear what they got. But i also understand the angry veteran.

I got one of those knifes but im pretty sure it aint one from the commercial because the handles were plastic so i think the dude who had it before me made molds of the parts and poured molten metal to make a better version of the knife because my whole knife is made of metal

Great vid...This was actually modeled after the Lile Rambo First Blood part 2 knife...I had one with a black blade, although I could have had one with a camo sheath too, just like in the ad...I am sure mine had a plastic handle...it wasn't until a couple of years after that, when I got one called 'The Rambo Side Arm', which had a pot metal handle, and a larger more screen accurate Lile mission knife blade profile. It still had an unpainted blade, and still had a compass in the top of the pommel, but was flat and not round. Great times, and thanks for reminding me of a great childhood. :)
