Pastor Dollar wasn't preaching out of context...he was sharing the rightly divided word with precision. We are still made righteous by Jesus (Romans 10:4), but the objective of grace is still holiness/morality (grace will teach us to live godly lives - Titus 2:11-12). When we fail in our actions, the Holy Spirit will continue to work with us to change our desires and lead us into morality (Philippians 2:13)...it is a process that takes place over time as we renew our mind with God's word (Romans 12:2). Pastor Dollar specifically said God isn't cursing us under the New Covenant, but there are still natural consequences for sin (reaping and sowing - Gal 6:8). I pray you can receive the revelations from his teaching because it is very powerful. God bless.

What, Yashusa/Jesus said Do not think that I came to abolish (Katalusai) greek . the law or the prophets .
