You two are my favourite duo for these videos, Emongg's a beast and KarQ is fantastic supporting him, so long as he's off Baptiste. I just don't feel he's a good choice for those 2v5s and he always uses him first only to end up getting overwhelmed. Definitely love when they take a more assertive approach, especially with Zen. He's always so good.

breakpoints are one of the most important aspects in any game, especially ow. which makes sigma at 2x stats stupid due to his primary oneshots. at 1.5x tho mei and ashe are definitely amongst the strongest picks due to THEIR primary oneshots. mei could even onetap cass

That’s usually the real reason people are in gold though. They won’t play as a team. GM and Top500 is just a bunch of comms. you can find people in Diamond or even Plat with the same, or even better, mechanics than some GM/Top500 players.

Eh, I suspect they were. They had some solid mechanics and understanding of the character, but they kept trying to force the slam cancel into charged punch over and over. It worked a couple times, but they needed to mix it up and actually let some slams land instead. That mindset says def gold to me.
