Funny thing is that these zoo keepers think they are doing the right thing but in fact arnt,animals should be free!!!!!!! What gives these guys the right to hold them here!

These zookeepers are doing the right thing. Many species at the zoo are endangered and part of breeding programmes. London zoo do so much conservation work both in the wild and in the zoo. Obviously it's not ideal for animals to be in zoos but without zoos many species would be extinct. I could list all of the species that have been saved by zoos if you want me too. There are so many more species heading towards extinction and there isn't much wild left for them to live in. They are much safer in zoosxand many zoos including London zoo are working to release endangered species. The most notable example is the partula snail. Scientific experts and wildlife experts all over the world support zoos and their conservation projects including Sir David Attenborough himself. Please don't make comments like this when you have no idea how well zoos are managed and how much many species rely on them for their survival!

@@bollywoodsreckoning3768 Think of the bigger picture here. Many of these animals are happy and have never known anything different. They are much safer here than they are in the wild. Zoos are arks for endangered species. They care for them in a safe and controlled environment while the zoo does work to restore their natural habitats to make sure it's safe for them to return. Don't judge zoos by a quick glance. Yes the animals are in enclosures but there is so much going on behind the scenes to prevent extinction and save these animals. It's our fault that these animals aren't safe in the wild so we've taken it into our own hands to ensure they have a future on this planet. If you dislike seeing animals in enclosures then try to do as much as possible to make sure that the wild is a safe place for them to live and then zoos won't need to exist.
