For me it's up in the air for Higuain. Chelsea can extend his loan for next season and if he's given a full offseason and spring training to work with Chelsea and Sarri he could make a significant impact. I still think he has the ability to score 20 goals in the league but it all depends on whether or not the system is working.

The gap between the top 2 amd the rest of the top 6 is a big difference but liverpool were 25 points behind city last season and closed that gap within 1 season. klopp had most of a team already in place, made a few new key signings and the gap was closed considerably. The other 4 teams have to make a number of signings over 1 or 2 season to close that gap.
