Incredible content. This helps me piece somethings together. I was stressed, ran an ultramarathon, then got covid. A few months later diagnosed with hashimotos and I’ve had issues with my throat swelling when eating certain foods. It feels anaphylactic but I’m told it’s not. I’m thinking about getting Iga tested and how I might increase Iga. I tried colostrum but it makes my throat swell. I’ve been working my way up with kefir and ferments but they are hard to tolerate. I’m low in Bifido and other beneficial strains in my gut. I might try s. boulardii. I did a round of it a year ago and it helped but forgot about it.

My stool test revealed extremely low Secretory IgA. The report suggested taking Glutamine amino acid and the S Bullardi probiotic strain. I also take 10 grams of Colostrum daily.
