We are all broken and we all have attractions to all sorts of sin. Sin is sin meaning in God's rightousness all sin is the same (yes, hard to get but true). Paul in first Corinthians bundled homosexuality with things like greed. We are all sinners and in nedd of God's grace so attraction being a sin but you ask God to help you work through it is amazing ❤

Desire is (lust), outward temptations are not until they are given into. Reject temptation, repent from lust. His argument was that the word attraction isn’t biblical.

"Attraction" may not be in the Bible, but the concept definitely is. We have to understand that the Bible wasn't originally written in English. We may have one word for 4 different Greek words, and their distinct definitions matter and require understanding. Do your own study (but only guided by the Spirit of God, not necessarily other Christians, who differ in opinions. Scripture interprets Scripture), and look for the definition of attraction, not the word attraction in the Word of God. May His Spirit lead you into all truth. Amen.

Here is what the New Testament says about homosexuality. - Romans 1.26-27 - 1 Corinthians 6.9-10 - 1 Timothy 1.9-10 - Jude 1.7

Leviticus: a political motivated text of the Hebrews to justify their overtake of the land of the Canaanites: "You shall not wear the beard in a tip" (as the Canaanites did), "you shall not wear clothes with mixed fabrics" (as the Canaanites did), "a man shall not lay with a man" (or correctly translated : "a man shall not lay with a temple prositute", as the Canaanites did in their fertility cult). Romans, Corinthians: Paulus, who had a hard time to keep his communities together overtook some, not all (! cherry picking!) of those man made rules in the NT and presented again man made rules as "divine" rules to give them more impact and to make sure his people follow them. Timothy: he was all the time with Paulus , so see above. Sodom was destroyed by a normal earth quake with methan gas explosions that accumulates there in bubbles under the earth. Calling homosexuals as guilty for that is rabble rousing.

God didn't design women to be attracted to women, or men to be attracted to men. It is as unnatural as a human's attraction to an animal in the same way. God designed men to be attracted to women and vice versa. Anything else is unnatural attraction. Sinful acts first start in the mind. This is why if we have feelings of hate toward a person, God says that we are a murderer. How can this be? (1 John 3:15)

Isn't the creation fallen? Including humans. Same sex attraction is part of creation being imperfect. I'm not an expert,just a believer in Jesus. Have there been those with SSA been completely changed with no more attraction?

Yeshua-Jesus bever stated that Homosexuality was a sin. Matthew 19,10-11, (Eunichs aew men who are not sexuality attracted to females). "Those Eunichs who are born from their Mother's womb.(homosexuals) Those Eunichs who have been castrated by man. Those Eubichs who are spiritually Eunichs for the Kingdom of Heaven's sake/ (monks).
