I feel like it’s a lightbulb for one of 2 reasons; 1: lightbulbs are commonly associated with ideas and the mind, so a black lightbulb represents the repression of an idea. 2 a lightbulb shines light on things, much how an idea does the same thing. A black lightbulb absorbs the light, much like how sunnys mind absorbs all, warping it into a safe space for himself.
