Kangaroo can be found in Australian supermarkets. It's not common to eat but it's not rare, and it's somewhat popular to feed it to pets. Animals like Wombats, Echidna, Koalas and many more are protected and can only be hunted by the indigenous people, but they are allowed to share it with non-indigenous people (they are not allowed to sell it).

Yak meat is mostly eaten in the Himalayas side such as Bhutan , Nepal Mongolia. I've eaten dried yak meat it's very tasty my friend brought it from Bhutan

Yak is most nutritious meat on earth. Most dense in amino acids. High in Omega 3 . Eat grass and lived natural environment. Mostly other animals eat grains. Yak only eat grass . That's why its meat is super healthy .

Tenderloin is among the leanest pieces of meat, and it is deff. the most tender too. They gave him a working muscle and they called it steak, that was the problem.

That's right....Himalyans are CLOSELY RELATED to Central asians. Before central Asia was Islamic...even before it was buddhist, we have had migrations from there. You can call it whatever you like. But Gilgitis and Baltis (on Pakistan side) and Ladakhis (on Indian side) hate to be called Kashmiri or associated with them in any way. Wakhis (the guy who runs the restaurant in the video) are in particular very sensitive about it. They considered Kashmiris as occupiers (rulers at least).
