With this, the thoughts will go away also. So what if you feel fear? Journal it. What if it doesn't come true? Face the fear. Be brave. Your power lies here. Know that nothing you feel, think or intuit can never harm you. Accept these emotions. Don't suppress them. You'll be more peaceful from this and letting go more. @itsmecharlie100 with the letting go method. By feeling it. Accepting it. Sunny Sharma has a good Letting go meditation based on David Hawkins book. The suffering only comes from us resisting what happens. The 3D is dead. Embracing your emotions cannot harm you if you accept it, learn from it and turn it around like that. It gets easier with practice. It's not easy but it's the most important thing I did in my personal practice. And it's a huge part of yielding Edward is talking about. Good luck, you've got this.

edward on your video where you talked about “regardless of the consequence.. i will yield”(or something like that) i replayed that a lot in my head bc you said that’s when things changed for you, and i realized i resonate with it as well. but mine wasn’t consequence, it’s regardless of all my doubts/fear/lack of knowledge, i’ll do it, i’ll accept it’s true now! and guys that’s what yielding is. despite of your fears, questions, or seeing the opposite in the physical world, you CHOOSE to surrender to the idea that you already have it! you drop everything else and accept you are it!

Fantastic video. Do you have any advice in regard to healing a relationship? Not even something romantic, just a friendship in my case. I know it all comes back to everyone is you pushed out, but it can be very hard to keep myself in a state in which I feel someone else has chosen to do something, in this case forgive and re-enter my life.

When I imagine and credit it with reality,i feel like I am going crazy,if I further do this I am going to explode,my heart and head will explode with the overwhelmness. But when I imagine the wish fulfilled and think, oh it's just imagination, I don't get the crazy feelings. Any advice? I know I have to go further, but i become so overwhelmed.
