THE BEST BALL HANDLER OF ALL TIME!!! He was from the smallest of towns and started varsity at the age of 12 and went on to be the highest scoring division one college basketball player of all time to this day expiration point and died at the age of 40 I believe 41 maybe. He should keep doing what he is doing and get that vert up a little. When he gets into college he could bulk while practicing his shot, handles, vert and horizontal jump while staying fast and agile like he is. Just have some extra explosiveness while being a little heavier with muscle. That would give him more opportunities to finish over big defenders and being able to finish under contact without getting pushed around for being to light. He already has some crazy handles and a good shot.
