@@deebee0225 Typically, the ichiness is directly related to fiber diameter - the thicker the fiber, the more itchy it can get. Nowadays, there is no problem getting wool products with 17 microns and less, and I did not ever have any itchy problem even in 19 micron range.

On the gaffers tape, I keep blaze orange and black in my truck. Blaze orange is very handy, I’ve used it for a flag for oversized lumber in the bed of the truck, trail marking, putting on camo because someone always forgets blaze orange during rifle season. Makes a good sent drag as well. Para cord is always a cheap gift that brings a smut to my face.

I got a collapsible fire bellow off Amazon years ago. Amazing for camping fires and I use it to help start my pit barrel smoker as well. Only complaint is it’s easy to lose

You should add Element Fire Extinguishers, they are ~$90+. They don’t expire, they’re super compact but they out perform traditional extinguishers. They are a 1” cylinder by 11” long and weigh less than pound.

Another good gift is a Mora knife, good all around knife for around $15-20. If you really want to blow them out of the water another good gift is either an Esee knife or a Benchmade knife. Both come with a lifetime warranty and are super high quality, Esee ranges from around $80-200 and Benchmade ranges around $180-350.

Those keychain single-LED lights are great. I think Nite Ize makes them. 99 times out of 100 I don't need a billion lumens, I just dropped something under my desk or between the car seats and need a little bit of light. They're great, weatherproof, lightweight, and don't look silly tactical.

in my family they never get me anything that falls under my actual hobbies or tastes, they kind of gave up since every season i add another hobbie and nose dive into it to the point its too specific to actually guess what part i really like, so they made the best next thing, they get me things i wouldn't bother buying for myself, like underwear and socks, pants and shirts, because all i need is jeans, black and khaki pants, and white and black shirts, and my father is a mechanic so every time he helps me get my car fixed or helps me learn an adult skill i find that way better than any gift.

The problem is that there are so many different types of tactical/hunting/outdoors gear that it's super confusing for someone who isn't into it to know what to buy. Gerber makes a 15-in-1 multi tool for about 30 bucks that has been good for me. Maybe I just don't abuse it but it's cheap enough to buy in triplicate to keep in various places where you might need one. Keep on in the backpack, the car etc
